Cognitive decline is a normal part of aging. It happens to all of us in our golden years” of adulthood. But according to a study published in the Journal of Neurobiology of Aging, the process may actually begin in our 20s and 30s. But that doesnt mean that you have to sit back and just take it! New research is showing that the keys to supercharge your brain and slow cognitive aging just may lie in the foods you eat.

Your heart just may be the most important organ you have. Sure, they’re all vital, and they all work together. But if we were forced to pick one as the most important, it’s got to be the heart.

One of the reasons we’re giving it number one status is because heart disease is still the number one cause of death in the U.S. for both men and women. It’s also number one because what’s good for your heart, is usually good for the rest of your body.

It’s that time again—when one year ends, a new year begins, and we all take stock of changes we’d like to make.

We’ve even given this yearly ritual a name, and why not? It’s become such an integral part of what it means to be human, and something each of us is either pleasantly, or painfully, aware of—The New Year’s Resolution.
